RSVP finish line returns to David Lam Park—and features free entry to Our CityRide

Good news! Returning to Vancouver, BC this August 18 is the Ride from Seattle to Vancouver & Party (RSVP) finish line festival, and Cascade is once again partnering with Our Cityride to offer all registered RSVP riders a fantastic deal: upon your arrival in Vancouver, enjoy live entertainment, a variety of food trucks and a beer garden at David Lam Park. Then join thousands for a fun and leisurely 11-mile ride past iconic city sites and through beautiful Stanley Park—for free!

Our inaugural partnership with Our Cityride last year worked in tandem with some exciting changes to RSVP. Last year we returned to a single event model (after several years of offering two consecutive start dates), following the transformation of our usual finish line location back into condominiums. After a lot of talks with other venues, the partnership with Our Cityride emerged as the most promising celebratory experience. Our new finish line at David Lam Park also meant that we moved the party outside—and nothing says Vancouver, BC more than a party in a beautiful waterfront park!  

We had a great time last year working with Our Cityride to welcome RSVP riders to the beautiful downtown Vancouver waterfront, and this year we’re excited to once again offer registered RSVP riders the same opportunity to join Our Cityride for free after reaching the finish line at David Lam Park. 

Depending on when you registered for RSVP, you should receive your exclusive Our Cityride code in your confirmation email or in a separate email sent from our events staff. Keep your eyes open for the series of pre-event emails beginning in late July—you can find your code there, too.   

RSVP (August 17-18), with its scenic views of the Cascade Mountains, Salish Sea and Skagit Valley Farmland, is a beautiful summer ride not to be missed. You even get dedicated bike lanes at passport control! The finish line festivities in David Lam Park with an 11-mile car free cruise around the iconic streets of Vancouver, BC are a fantastic way to round out an already epic final day of the journey.
